Hello my lovely readers! We are so close to Christmas I can almost taste my mom’s famous brisket, and the challah french toast I plan to make on Christmas morning. As a Jew who loves this time of year, for me it’s all about slowing down, spend quality time with family, embracing cheesy Christmas movies and baking cookies, all while listening to holiday tunes on repeat and burning pine-scented candles. Yep, sounds pretty perfect to me! This year, I decided to give my home a little holiday cheer with some fresh greenery. Nothing over the top, but it certainly makes my home feel in the spirit of the season.

Typically my holiday decor consists of, well, a menorah — so I’m new to this whole holiday decorating thing lol. I hung a fresh fir wreath with a blue grosgrain ribbon on my window, and added twinkle lights for a bit of holiday magic.

My oversized vintage glass demijohn was the perfect place to plant a few pine sprigs. Mini gold ornaments bring a little sparkle.
How are all of you decorating for the holidays? I’d love your ideas! I had so much fun adding these little touches to my home this year.

It looks so pretty and inviting I can’t edit to come over!
Where is that sofa from?
